Daisy Terms of Use

The latest privacy and usage terms for Daisy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using Daisy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to the Daisy mobile application for iOS and Android.

2. The Service

Daisy is a personal menstrual cycle tracker. It records the days you bleed and what you choose to log alongside them, draws the current cycle as a flower, estimates your next period and fertile window, counts statistics from your entries, and can produce a summary document for an appointment. All of this runs on your device; Daisy provides no account system and no server-side storage of your data.

3. Not a Medical Device

Daisy is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a contraceptive and must not be used as one — the fertile window it shows is an estimate derived from your own entries, not a measurement of ovulation. Every prediction, phase, pattern and observation is an estimate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and never delay seeking advice because of something the app displayed.

4. Your Data and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for what you record and for safeguarding the device it is stored on. Because your data never reaches our servers, we cannot recover it for you, restore it after a device is lost, or open a backup whose passphrase you have forgotten. If your records matter to you, export a backup and keep it somewhere safe.

5. Free and Premium

Nothing you record is ever placed behind the paywall. Logging, the cycle you are in, your next period, your phases and statistics, the patterns Daisy finds in your own entries, backup and restore, the app lock, discreet reminders, medication and appointments, sharing and your whole history remain free. Premium covers the layer above the record: the months beyond your next cycle, letting Daisy act on a pattern rather than only display it, custom symptoms beyond the first three, an appointment summary covering the full year rather than three months, your year read as a whole, and the alternative flowers. A gate may limit a derived view; it never hides, withholds or deletes an entry you made, and anything recorded while a larger allowance applied keeps working if an entitlement lapses.

  • Premium is offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription, or as a one-off lifetime purchase that does not renew. Both unlock the same features.
  • Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are managed by those platforms; the price shown at purchase applies.
  • Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel it, and see the renewal price, in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Restoring a previous purchase is available from within the app.
  • If the store cannot be reached, every part of Daisy that tracks your cycle continues to work.

6. Backups and Data Loss

Because your data is stored locally, keeping backups is your responsibility. Daisy provides an encrypted export, but we are not responsible for data lost through device failure, deletion, a forgotten passphrase or uninstalling the app.

7. Intellectual Property

The Daisy app, its name, design and software are owned by TrackIt and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you no right to our trademarks, nor to copy, modify or distribute the app except as permitted by the app stores' standard license terms. You retain all rights to the content you record.

8. Third-Party Services

Daisy relies on third-party services, including Adapty for purchases, Firebase and Amplitude for diagnostics and anonymous analytics, and the Meta SDK for advertising measurement. Your use of those services through the app is also subject to their respective terms.

9. App Store and Google Play Terms

Daisy is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and the following applies where you obtained it from Apple. This agreement is between you and TrackIt only, not with Apple, and TrackIt alone is responsible for Daisy and its content. Your licence to use Daisy is a non-transferable licence to run it on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

  • Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for Daisy; questions and complaints should go to trackit.tr@gmail.com.
  • In the event of any failure of Daisy to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation of any kind, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform are TrackIt's responsibility.
  • TrackIt, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to Daisy, including product liability, any failure to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
  • TrackIt, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any claim that Daisy infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.
  • Where you obtained Daisy from Google Play, your use is additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and purchases are handled by Google rather than by Apple.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Daisy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that any prediction, statistic or observation will prove accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for any loss of data, or for any decision taken in reliance on the app's estimates, arising from your use of or inability to use Daisy.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of Daisy and may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
